1.                  Election of  Management Committee (excluding Office Bearers who sit on Management Committee)

The proposal from Troon Chess Club last season regarding changing match scoring has been discussed and reviewed by the management committee and the following proposal is being submitted to Council.

 

“Match scoring shall be made up of the actual board scores plus an extra point to be awarded to the winning team if the match is not drawn”.

 

Note : This will mean a change to the League rules in section 6. Promotion & Relegation. Where the match does not end in a draw there are a maximum of seven points to be won in each match – the actual board count plus the extra point
