If you want to claim a draw you must be inside the last two (2) minutes
of the second time control – that is the actual Quickplay finish. 2.
To claim a draw simply stop the clock and state that you wish to
claim a draw in this position under the Quickplay Finish Rules. This
automatically stops the game. 3.
If the players and captains do not agree a result on the night then
the position MUST be written down on an Arbitration form and a signed valid
scoresheet showing all the moves in the game sent to the League Secretary
together with the Match Result sheet within seven days of the match being
played. 4.
The grounds under which a player can claim a draw must be either a or

No fee is due for this procedure. 6. There is no appeal to the
